Our Level 3 Customer Service Practitioner Apprenticeship is perfect for those involved in delivering high quality products and services to the customers of their organisation.

The core responsibility for customer service professionals is to provide a high quality service to customers which is delivered from the workplace, digitally, or through going out into the customer’s own locality.

Who is this qualification for?
Customer Service Assistant/Representative/Agent/Advisor.

What is the duration?
A minimum of 12 months.

Level 2

What does the study include?
Knowing your customer, understanding the organisation, meeting regulations and legislation, systems and resources, customer experience, product and service knowledge. You will also cover questioning skills, including listening and responding in a way that builds rapport, determining customer needs and expectations and achieving positive engagement and delivery.

Typical Entry Requirements
Ideally 5 GCSE’s grades A-C – but ultimately this is decided by the employer.

Funding
Maximum funding cap of £4,000

Progression
Completion of this apprenticeship will lead to eligibility to join the Institute of Customer Service as an Individual member at Professional level.
